This alcohol-free extra brut sparkling is made from 100% organic French Chardonnay and offers a dry, crisp Blanc de Blancs style with real structure and freshness. Sourced from the Limoux region in Languedoc, its character is shaped by an oceanic climate and limestone-rich soils, giving bright acidity and clean minerality. Around 30% of the base wine is aged in oak barrels to add depth and balance. Expect fine bubbles, subtle citrus and mineral notes with a clean, refreshing finish. With 0.0% alcohol, no sugar and just one calorie per glass, it pairs well with oysters, sashimi or caviar.
