I used to love a campari - but now this is my go to AF spirit, simple, just mixed with soda water, ice and slice of lemon and I'm happy as a camper. Also makes a mean Negroni alternative with the London Dry and Rosso - how fabulous we can now enjoy all these incredible flavours without the nasty after effects!
This is tasty. I've found some other AF spirits watery and bland but this has plenty of flavour with a nice balance of some sweetness and a good dash of bitter. To me it was a mix of Campari and Aperol, I am looking forward to drinking it with some AF bubbles over the Christmas season.
I’m a huge fan of the whole Lyre’s range but this is a sure favourite. Makes a gorgeous Zero-proof cocktail for summer with mineral water and a slice of orange and some raspberries. Sophisticated and not too sweet.
