Ingredients:
• 90ml Next Destination 2021 Langhorne Creek Blanc de Blanc
• 30ml peach purée
• 10ml lemon juice
• Peach slice, to garnish
• Ice

Instructions:

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the peach pureé and lemon juice. Top with Langhorne Creek sparkling wine. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of peach for a juicy, citrussy twist.
