Brewing Process
Phillips iOTA Hazy IPA is brewed with a generous hop addition to deliver the vivid tropical fruit and citrus aromatics that define the modern Hazy IPA style. A combination of haze-promoting malts including oats and wheat creates the signature soft, pillowy mouthfeel, while careful alcohol removal preserves the aromatic integrity and juicy character of the finished beer.

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Hazy golden orange with a soft, creamy head.
Aroma: Vibrant tropical fruit aromas of mango, passionfruit and citrus zest with soft floral undertones.
Palate: Juicy and full-flavoured with ripe tropical fruit, soft malt body and low bitterness creating a smooth, hazy texture.
