A bright and crisp alcohol-free white from Castile, Spain, made from Airén and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine is cold-vinified before being gently dealcoholised, retaining a fresh, clean profile with fragrant pear, delicate florals, lively lemon, subtle stone fruit and a hint of fennel.

Pure Zero White is dry, refreshing and citrus-driven, with medium acidity and a clean finish that makes it particularly suited to seafood, salads, lighter meals and aperitif occasions.

The wine has received an IWSC Gold medal and 95 points in 2026.
