Why haven't I discovered this before? Why didn't I buy a case or three when they were offered at the end of the financial year. What a great sparkling wine. So real. Felt like I was sipping the real thing. My new favourite!

Odd Bird is still very high up on my favourite A/F Sparklings, but has more sugar content to this Two Hoots. I tried this one for the first time the other night and was pleasantly surprised, a nice dry, Brut style with citrus undertones. Very nice indeed.
