I am delighted to rate Yes You Can's wonderful rhubarb-based spritz 5/5. From the moment, it my palate, I could tell that this was a sophisticated beverage. Many non-alcoholic drinks are sweetened beyond palatability and that's what I was concerned about, with a rhubarb-based drink, as the only times I've had rhubarb, in anything ~ desserts, etc. ~ it has been drowned in sugar. Not so, with Yes You Can's Spritz. The sweetness is present but very subtly underplayed. The focus is on the rhubarb and a gentle but just-punchy enough hint of aromatic bitters, as an end note, kind of like a pepper-berry finish. I'd be delighted to have several of these, quietly, on my own, instead of an alcoholic beverage, or at any gathering where alcohol is being served. Well done, Yes You Can
This drink is delightful. Not too sweet, just the right amount of bitterness. The perfect drink for Aperitivo hour!

I am a diehard spritz drinker but recently falling pregnant, I've been off them for a few weeks. My friend told me about this and I had to try - was not disappointed. It's a bang on Spritz! Couldn't be happier
