Mocktail Recipes

Bottle of ABSTINENCE Cape Fynbos next to a gin mocktail garnished with lemon peel Sans Drinks

Fynbos is a range of heather-like trees and shrubs found only in South Africa, and this gin mocktail is a nod to the  fynbos-laden Table Mountain, which is in full bloom in spring. It sounds exotic but is simple to make: simply pour Cape Fynbos over ice in a large glass, top with tonic, and add a lemon peel and fresh berries. The floral creation will make it spring, no matter what the time of year.

INGREDIENTS

50ml ABSTINENCE Cape Fynbos
200ml Strangelove Tonic No 8
Lemon Peel
Fresh Berries

METHOD
  1. Pour Cape Fynbos over ice in a Gin Goblet or Collins glass.
  2. Topped with tonic and finish off with a Lemon Peel & Fresh Berries as garnish.
