Classic Espresso Martini Mocktail garnished with coffee beans

The first Espresso Martini cocktail was invented in 1983 by a bartender called Dick Bradsell to keep 9-5 workers awake at after work celebrations and events. Originally named the 'vodka espresso', it's made with fresh espresso, sugar, coffee liqueur and vodka. This mocktail version will keep you a buzz without the alcohol.

INGREDIENTS

1 shot of Espresso
50ml Ms Sans Make Me A Sanstini (Vodka replacement)
60ml Sans Bar Cancún Café (Coffee Liqueur replacement)
Ice
Coffee Beans to garnish

METHOD
  1. Prepare the espresso coffee beforehand and let it chill
  2. Fill a shaker with ice cubes, add all ingredients
  3. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass swiftly
  4. Garnish with coffee beans.
