Non-alcoholic lemon spritz next to a bottle of Abstinence Lemon Aperitif Sans Drinks

This summer mocktail is the Amalfi Coast's answer to an Aperitif spritz. The lemon spritz tastes like a fresh, grown-up lemonade and is the perfect refreshment on a hot day. Simply pour the two ingredients over ice and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Abstinence Lemon Aperitif
200ml Strangelove Soda Water
Ice
Lemon Peel

METHOD
  1. Pour Lemon & Lemon Aperitif over ice in a Gin Goblet or Wine Glass.
  2. Topped with Soda and garnish with a fresh lemon peel.
