Coffee mocktail garnished with coffee beans next to a bottle of Artisan Drinks Classic London Tonic

Smooth and sleek, the Midnight Velvet coffee mocktail would be well placed in a dimly-lit piano bar, as the dark of night encroaches. Featuring Lyre’s rich non-alcoholic coffee liqueur and aromatic hints of blood orange, caramel and cocoa from the Aperitif Rosso, this delicious mocktail is balanced with cream and honey to sooth, and topped off with tonic to mellow out the sweetness. For best results, garnish with chocolate dust burn and coffee beans.

INGREDIENTS
25 ml Lyre's Coffee Originale
15 ml Lyre's Aperitif Rosso
35 ml Single Cream
10 ml Honey
Top up Artisan Drinks Classic London Tonic
METHOD
  1. Add all ingredients except the mixer in a shaker and shake. Straining it into the glass using a cocktail strainer and a fine strainer.
  2. Top it up with the Artisan Drinks Classic London Tonic. Garnish with chocolate dust burn & three coffee beans.
