Who says gin has to have all the fun? This drink mixes a bit of sweet with some sour to make the ultimate non-gin fizz.
INGREDIENTS
50mL Bloody Bandwagon
20mL fresh lemon juice
15mL simple syrup [1:1]
Dash of egg white
StrangeLove Soda Water
Nutmeg
METHOD
- Shake all ingredients, except soda, and fine strain into a chilled highball (without ice).
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with some freshly grated nutmeg.
