Organic lemongrass, mint, kaffir lime leaf, ginger, galangal and lime peel notes from South East Asia sing through when added to tonic or soda water. Want a tropical touch? Add some passionfruit and lychees. Garnish with a lime wheel and freshly picked flowers.
