Mocktail Recipes

Elderflower gin mocktail garnished with mint leaves and a slice of cucumber Sans Drinks

Elderflowers bloom in the UK in summer, so this is a classic summer mocktail. The subtle, floral taste is kept light and fresh with the addition of ice, soda and mint. Serve over ice in a large glass with extra mint and some cucumber slices.

INGREDIENTS
50ml Gordon's 0.0 gin
20ml elderflower cordial
Cubed ice
Cucumber
Mint to garnish
Strangelove Soda Water
METHOD
  1. Half fill a glass with cubed ice and pour over 50ml Gordon's gin. Add a slice or two of cool cucumber and some mint leaves.
  2. Splash over 20ml elderflower cordial, fill with more ice and top up with chilled soda.
  3. Stir and finish off with a couple of extra slices of cucumber and a final sprig of mint.
