Lemon Drop Mock Martini

The Lemon Drop Mock Martini is a perfect summer drink with a refreshing taste. Created in the eighties and named after a hard-boiled lolly in San Francisco. It has a balance of sweet and a tart taste. A great, simple to make mocktail and great for entertaining. Simply add Ms Sans Non-Alcoholic Vodka, Fresh lemon juice, Simple Syrup, Ice and Sugar. Served in a chilled martini glass

INGREDIENTS

60 ml Ms Sans Non-Alcoholic Vodka
22.5 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
22.5 ml Simple Syrup

METHOD

1. Rim the edge of a stemmed martini glass with sugar.
2. Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
3. Strain into the chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon half slice.
