Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit brings the essence of a traditional spiced rum, with hints of caramel, toasted nuts, spiced vanilla, toffee and fig. Mixed with lime juice, vanilla syrup and a premium ginger beer, the result is a concoction worthy of the most infamous pirate captain on the Caribbean seas. Garnish with a slice of lime and have a swashbuckling time!
INGREDIENTS
60 ml Lyre's Spiced Cane Spirit
15 ml Lime Juice
7.5 ml Vanilla Syrup
90 ml Somersault Sodas Ginger Beer
METHOD
- Add all ingredients in a glass and stir
- Add ice
- Garnish with a slice of lime
