INGREDIENTS

60ml Ovant Verve
60ml Genmai-cha Infusion
15ml Citrus Syrup
Samphire or Lemon Zest
Clear Ice Block

METHOD

1. Add Ovant Verve, citrus syrup and Genmai-cha infusion to a mixing glass filled with cubed ice and stir for 5 seconds.
2. Strain the contents into a rocks glass filled with a clear ice block.
3. Garnish with samphire or lemon zest.
