From Edenvale, Australia’s first alcohol-free wine brand. This golden non-alcoholic classic Chardonnay has fresh fruit aromas and flavours of melon, citrus and apple with a hint of oak. This is part of the Edenvale Classic range, it is a well priced entry-level wine, ideal for those who enjoy non-alcoholic wines and are not looking to directly replace their traditional alcoholic Chardonnay. It’s also low in calories with just 18 calories per 100mls.

Daily Quaff

I happily sipped this refreshing Chardonnay Christmas Day as I was the designated Driver. It has a slight hint of a woody taste which makes it less grape juice in nature. I drink it almost every day and enjoy it with an added strawberry!

1. Apple & Thyme Chardonnay Cooler

Ingredients:
• 120ml Edenvale Chardonnay
• 40ml cloudy apple juice
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• 30ml soda water
• Ice cubes
• Fresh thyme sprig + thin apple slice (for garnish)

Instructions:

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add non-alcoholic Chardonnay, apple juice, and lemon juice. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and apple slice for a fragrant finish. Best for serving at al fresco dinners.
