It comes quite close to the flavour of a German Hefeweizen. It is a little reminiscent of a (non-alcoholic) malt beer, without being too sweet. It's not stale, but has a round, full body and above all it doesn't have that iron-like flavour that many other non-alcoholic beers have. A top recommendation.
