The Lyre's Dry London Spirit is an alcohol-free alternative to a classic Dry London Gin. It boasts subtle flavours of juniper, orange blossom, citrus and pepperberry with a smooth dry finish. This can be made into a traditional G&T by adding 60mls over ice and topping with tonic or soda water, or use to recreate your favourite gin based cocktail such as a Negroni, Tom Collins and Bramble.
