Ingredients:
• 120ml Monday Distillery Cello Bella
• 60ml sparkling water
• 15ml fresh lemon juice
• Ice cubes
• Lemon twist and mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions:

Fill a glass with ice. Add the non-alcoholic ready to drink cocktail and fresh lemon juice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon twist and a mint sprig. Perfect for sunny brunches or light evening refreshers.
