Non 8 Torched Apple & OOlong

This is a still version, not fizzy like the other NON wines I’ve tried. Definitely taste the oolong/Keemun tea and the caraway. If you’re a caraway seed fan you might enjoy this unusual combination (I’ve never had a tea that included caraway seeds until now). Would probably be nice with some smoked salmon on rye. The apple is there in the background, but not sweet. I do not get any of the ginger, cacao nibs or burnt sugar taste. This is very nice on ice and I would order again as part of a variety pack although it’s a bit pricey for a sophisticated ice tea. It does not taste like a dealcoholised wine and I like it for that as a transition away from a wine flavour but still wanting something I sweet and complex.
