Pure Vision ZERO Shiraz is produced exclusively from ACO-certified organic vineyards that are also Sustainable Winegrowing Australia (SWA) certified. The organically grown Shiraz grapes are carefully selected to produce a wine with generous fruit character and minimal intervention throughout the growing process.
Winemaking
After fermentation, the wine undergoes a gentle dealcoholisation process designed to retain as much of the original Shiraz character as possible. This careful approach preserves the wine's fruit intensity, texture and subtle oak notes while reducing the alcohol to less than 0.3% ABV. No artificial sugar is added, resulting in a naturally balanced alcohol-free Shiraz that's both full of flavour and lower in calories.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Deep ruby red with vibrant purple hues.
Aroma: Ripe plum, blackberry and dark berry fruits layered with subtle oak and delicate spice.
Palate: Rich and fruit-driven with flavours of plum, blackberry and juicy berries, complemented by gentle oak, savoury notes and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.
Finish: Dry, balanced and lingering with soft tannins and subtle spice that leave a satisfying finish.

This may be as good as non alc reds get. It does not have all of the depth and character of a premium red although some reviews say it does. Probably not realistic to take out the alcoholic backbone of a red and expect it to be just the same. However a very pleasant well made wine and good drinking particularly if chilled a bit.

smells good, looks good, tastes good. A little vegetal... but not too much. A bit of spice on the after-taste. But that's what I think. I'm no somellier. Try some and let me know. This is a seriously good red wine, finally. Even better after a couple of sips. A treat.
I haven’t tried many zero alcohol red wines which don’t just taste like grape juice. This Shiraz is fresh and refined and smooth to drink. If I was looking for a zero alcohol red wine, I would definitely not hesitate to buy this. Definitely something I can reach for to enjoy whilst still breastfeeding! And no headache the next day is definitely an added plus.
