Invented in Cuba after the Spanish-American War, the classic Daiquiri balances sweet and sour notes to create a thoroughly refreshing drink that has been enjoyed by the likes of John F. Kennedy and Ernest Hemingway - according to legend at least. This rum mocktail combines Lyre’s White Cane Spirit, a non-alcoholic white rum alternative, with the sweetness of sugar syrup and citrusy freshness of lime juice. Served in a cocktail coupette and garnished with lime zest and a pinch of salt, this is one that is sure to impress. Salud!
