Rich blood orange flavours from Lyre’s Apéritif Rosso and vanilla syrup contribute a sweetness which is beautifully balanced with Lyre’s Dry London Spirit and premium non-alcoholic sparkling chardonnay. The addition of some orange juice for an extra burst of citrus and a garnish of orange slice, lemon wheel and mint sprig complete this delectable mimosa. INGREDIENTS
30 ml Lyre’s Apéritif Rosso30 ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
45 ml orange juice
1tsp premium vanilla syrup (not vanilla essence)
60 ml Thomson & Scott Noughty
METHOD
- Add all ingredients in glass, stir, fill with fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice, lemon wheel and mint sprig.
