This twist on the classic martini blends Lyre’s Dry London Spirit, an alcohol-free alternative to gin, with citrusy lime juice, smooth vanilla and tart passionfruit. INGREDIENTS
60 ml Lyre's Dry London Spirit7.5 ml premium vanilla syrup
30 ml fresh passionfruit pulp
15 ml Lime Juice
60 ml Lyre’s Classico (a homage to prosecco)
METHOD
- Shake hard briefly, fine strain. Serve Prosecco in separate shot glass.
- Garnish with passionfruit shell.
