Considered an aperitif, the Negroni originated in Italy where it was made from gin, vermouth rosso and Aperitif. This non alcoholic Negroni mocktail uses the Ms Sans Sunset In A Bottle and the Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll to create a sophisticated take on the original. This gin mocktail is served over ice in a tumbler with a pinch of salt and twist of orange peel.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Ms Sans Sunset In A Bottle
50ml Sans Bar Notting Hill Stroll
Pinch of Salt
Ice
Orange Peel
METHOD
- Combine Blood Orange Aperitif & Non-Alcoholic Gin over ice in a cocktail beaker or tumbler.
- Add small pinch of salt
- Stir well and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes and garnish with an orange peel.
