A simple yet chic gin mocktail recipe that’ll revitalise guests with every sip. Zesty notes, sweet flowers and spices build on a citrus base to rival the classic gin. Tart lime juice and a dash of bitter balance out the sweet notes of the syrup. Extremely versatile and made in Belgium, this non alcoholic gin is best served with dry ginger ale and double strained over ice. Add a burst of extra freshness and some heat or cool with grated fresh ginger or fresh mint leaves.
INGREDIENTS
30ml Ms Sans Twist & Shout Citrus (Gin Substitute)
15ml lime juice
15ml simple syrup
1 dash bitter
Strangelove Dry Ginger Ale
METHOD
- Muddle 2-3 fresh ginger cuber in shaker
- Add 30ml Ms Sans Twist & Shout Citrus (Gin Substitute) / 15ml lime juice / 15ml simple syrup / 1 dash bitter
- Shake and double strain over ice cubes
- Top with Dry Ginger Ale
- Garnish with fresh ginger or mint
