Wilfred's is an aperitif style drink made with a careful blend of distilled and extracted botanics. Made with zesty bitter orange, aromatic rosemary and just a hint of rhubarb, Wilfred's is a full flavoured grown up drink and great alternative to alcohol.
One of the things that I love most about Wilfred's is it's versatility. There are so many ways that you can enjoy this drink. I've narrowed it down to my favorite five Wilfred's drinks.
1. Wilferd's Non-Alcoholic Spritz
Refreshing and summery this Spritz is full of flavour.
100ml Strangelove tonic light water
Orange wheel to garnish
Build the ingredients in over ice in a large wine glass and garnish with an orange wheel.

A good non-alcoholic Pimms and Lemonade alternative, this mocktail is a great way to unwind in front of the tennis.

Pour the Wilfred's over ice in a long glass and and top with ginger beer. Garnish with generous wedge of lime.

4. Wilfred's Negroni
Classic and sophisticated.

Place a large ice cube in an old fashioned glass and add the ingredients over the top. Stir gently and garnish with orange peel twist.
5. Lime Sour Fred's
Reminiscent of a non-alcoholic margarita or pisco sour, the Lime Sour Fred’s is a must-have summer mocktail.
