Non-alcoholic drinks can play a role in your celebrations whether you're a non-drinker, pregnant, breastfeeding or simply looking for easy ways to make this special day less boozy.
With so many options available it can be hard to know where to start - so let me tell you what I will be drinking on Christmas Day.
Christmas morning - time for an alcohol free mimosa
Christmas is the one day of the year when drinking a mimosa for breakfast is actively encouraged - and thanks to all the non-alcoholic sparkling wine options that are available, you can drink a whole jug of mimosas without putting Christmas lunch in jeopardy.
The taste: This delicious non-alcoholic breakfast mocktail has the aroma, mouthfeel and taste of a classic mimosa.

Bubbles all the way
Does it even feel like Christmas if you don't have a glass of cold bubbly in your hand? Those of us opting for alcohol-free drinks will be delighted by the huge array of non-alcoholic sparkling wine that's available this year, but my top pick is the Thomson & Scott Noughty. The only thing to decide is whether I'll go for the Brute or the Rose!
Thomson & Scott Noughty
The taste: Said to be the closest in taste, mouthfeel and aroma to an authentic French Champagne, Noughty is an elegant pale colour and features a crisp, ripe apple scent and a dry, Champagne style flavour profile.
What customers are saying: "This has to be the best AF sparkling I’ve had to date - not too sweet, and honestly, I couldn’t tell the difference. Loved it."
Thomson & Scott Noughty Rose
The taste: A classic pale rose in colour, this sparkling wine features aromas of freshly picked summer berries and the perfect balance of smoothness and acidity.
What customers are saying: " It was hard to top the white Noughty but the rose is my new favourite. This really is the closest thing I've tasted to the real thing. It's beautifully dry, not sweet, just perfection."
Christmas dinner - a red and a white for the table
Is it Christmas dinner or Christmas lunch? Either way, no festive celebration is complete without a bottle of red and a bottle of white. This year I am keeping it really simple with these hidden gems from South Australian label V.NO.
V.NO White Wine
The taste: Made in South Australia, V.NO is a premium non-alcoholic white wine that is bursting with flavour. Featuring aromas of stone fruits and citrus, the palate is medium bodied and fresh.
What customers are saying: "I really enjoyed this wine, it was nice and dry and went down well with food."
V.NO Red Wine
The taste: From South Australia, this delightful red wine features aromas of dark fruit, subtle vanilla and spice tones and a well balanced palate.
What customers are saying: "I love my red wine and have tried all the alternatives out there! This is one of the best. On the dry side which I like. Closest I’ve had to the real deal so far."
Poolside mocktails
I don't know about you, but after a big dinner I like to get horizontal, preferably on a sun lounger. It's a good change to rest up and recharge for the next part of the festive celebrations.
Mr. Consistent Margarita Mixer
The taste: Mr Consistent mixers are a great way to take the fuss out of mocktail making. My pick? The Margarita mixer. Handmade with fresh ingredients such as Lime juice, orange blossom water, agave nectar and citrus syrup. For best results, mix with Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit.

Something sweet to finish off
Usually by Christmas evening I'm looking for something sweet to perk me up a bit. It's a good opportunity for leftover dessert or a non-alcoholic liqueur. This year, I'm planning to combine the two with this rather festive mocktail dessert. Called an Amaretti Affogato Mocktail it features decadent ice cream, fresh espresso and one of my favorite drinks from Lyres Spirits; Amaretti.

Lyre's Amaretti
The taste: All the distinct, familiar almond-like flavours you'd expect from a traditional Saronno Amaretto such as the semi-sweet mouthfeel of marzipan, caramel and hints of maraschino.
What customers are saying: "I love this, it is so sweet and such a treat, the only problem is just having a little on ice, I can have the whole bottle if I am not careful. Wonderful over ice-cream, and a great treat to have over the Christmas festivities."
