Created by Australian chefs William Wade and Aaron Trotman, the NON 1 Salted Raspberry and Chamomile was created to replace a Petillant Naturel wine. It's a unique take on a non-alcoholic wine alternative with a bespoke recipe of raspberries, chamomile and Murray River salt, rounded out by verjus and pristine filtered water.

I love this wine. It has complexity of flavour and is the right amount of sweet for me. It's sweeter than some others, but I find it perfect. It's my regular go-to now that I'm having a sober period.

I love the taste of this beverage. It is really unique, and invites being savoured.

I would never have thought of putting Chamomile and Raspberry together with a salty undertone, but it works perfectly. So refreshing!
