This premium Australian de-alcoholised sparkling brings together precision winemaking and modern innovation to create a refined, authentically dry style. Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it offers depth, elegance and complexity rarely seen in alcohol-removed sparkling wines.
A portion of the base wine is traditionally crafted and aged on lees for a minimum of three years, contributing subtle texture, structure and layered character. The result is a sophisticated brut-style sparkling with crisp freshness, gentle brioche notes and a fine mousse, balanced by only 22g/L of sugar and less than 0.5% ABV.
Developed over three years and refined through multiple iterations, Cuvée Genesis represents Pernelle’s Méthode Moderne approach – combining traditional sparkling winemaking principles with innovative alcohol-removal techniques. The wine is gently de-alcoholised in a single pass before undergoing further refinement to preserve its balance, complexity and vibrant character.
This elegant sparkling is made for celebratory moments and elevated occasions, offering a polished alcohol-free option that still feels special in the glass
Expert Opinion
“Pernelle Cuvée Genesis is compelling for wine drinkers thanks to its subtle toasty aroma and refined structure, while remaining simply delicious for anyone looking for a great sparkling drink.”

Since giving up alcoholic drinks I have tried many. When this was advertised on special I decided to give it a go. Far exceeded my expectations I must say. The taste ✔️ the bubbles lasted ✔️ but most importantly I felt as though it gave me a better drink than others ….. especially the price

Thanks so much, May! We're thrilled you loved the Pernelle Cuvée Genesis. Your enthusiasm means everything to us, and we can't wait to have you back!
I think the description of this drink is spot-on. I really enjoy the product- it fits the bill and is reasonably priced ( when I can access the discounts). It’s a perfect balance not being sweet, with refreshing bubbles. The absence of alcohol is suiting me. Sometimes I add a small amount of mineral water to make it a long drink- a welcome summer drink.
