A portion of the base wine is traditionally crafted and aged on lees for a minimum of three years, contributing subtle texture, structure and layered character. The result is a sophisticated brut-style sparkling with crisp freshness, gentle brioche notes and a fine mousse, balanced by only 22g/L of sugar and less than 0.5% ABV.
Developed over three years and refined through multiple iterations, Cuvée Genesis represents Pernelle’s Méthode Moderne approach – combining traditional sparkling winemaking principles with innovative alcohol-removal techniques. The wine is gently de-alcoholised in a single pass before undergoing further refinement to preserve its balance, complexity and vibrant character.

This was a pleasant surprise. Tasty, refreshing and an all round winner. I have gone back several times for a top up.
I’ve been enjoying drinking this non-alcohol Hokies cuvée. I like a daily “bubbles” and was concerned about the amount of alcohol I was consuming each day. This is one of the better non-alcoholic sparkling wines and its price is amazing. I have also ordered Sans range of non-alcoholic cocktails and beers and look forward to trying them and leaving alcoholic drinks for those special occasions.
I have battled with alcohol for quite a while. Have tried many different brands of alcohol free drinks but never really liked them-too sweet. Then found out about this brand and thought I would give it a shot. It tastes great and my friends didn’t even notice it was alcohol free!!!!!
Fantastic service - I orderered a case of 6 hoping against hope that this was delicious and would be a pass for my father's highly tuned sommelliers palate. Thankfully it has! So excited.
I don't like sweet drinks much and the pernelle cuvee genesis is definitely to my taste regarding sweetness. After being alcohol free for a few years, this actually tastes like the real thing to me - and I can have more than one glass without worrying about the side effects. If you like a dry prosecco chances are you'll enjoy this.
