The Caprioska is originally from Portugal. We’re bringing its summer mocktail counterpart to Australian shores, ready for our long, hot summers. If you love a Caprioska, then this mocktail recipe is for you. Organic lemongrass, mint, kaffir lime leaf, ginger, galangal and lime peel notes from South East Asia sing through when added to tonic or soda water. Want a tropical touch? Add some passionfruit and lychees. Garnish with a lime wheel and freshly picked flowers.

INGREDIENTS
60ml STEM
30ml Sugar syrup
30ml Lime juice
METHOD
  1. In a cocktail shaker muddle lychee fruit before you start.
  2. Garnish with a lime wheel and flowers.
