Non-alcoholic Sparkling Kiwi Crush next to a bottle of ETCH Sparkling ZST Sans Drinks
INGREDIENTS
1 Kiwi fruit
Handful of Mint leaves
ETCH ZST
Mint sprig
METHOD
  1. Peel a whole kiwi fruit, roughly chop and place in a highball glass.
  2. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves . Muddle to crush the fruit and release the flavour from the mint.
  3. Add ice and top up with ETCH Sparkling ZST
