INGREDIENTS
1 ripe white nectarine1 tablespoon thyme simple syrup
ETCH RNG, Orange & Quandong
Sprig of thyme
METHOD
- Roughly chop 1 ripe white nectarine and discard stone. Place it in a glass and add thyme syrup.
- Muddle to crush the fruit.
- Add ice and top up with ETCH Sparkling RNG
