INGREDIENTS
60ml Lyre's Pink London Spirit30ml cloudy apple juice
15ml lemon juice
15ml pomegranate Syrup
15ml egg whites (or Aquafaba)
1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar

- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with dried orange wheels.
