Lyre's Pink Lady Gin Mocktail

A twist on the traditional Sour, this blushing pink gin mocktail has just the right balance of fruitiness and sour tang. Lyre’s Pink London Spirit, an alcohol-free alternative to pink gin, is the hero of the drink, featuring rich red berry aromas, floral flavours and undertones of juniper, rose and cherry. Paired with the distinctive notes of cloudy apple, lemon and pomegranate, the result is a sophisticated and decadent mocktail, perfect to sip with friends. Serve in a gorgeous cocktail glass, garnish with a skewered cherry or wheel of dehydrated orange, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
60ml Lyre's Pink London Spirit
30ml cloudy apple juice
15ml lemon juice
15ml pomegranate Syrup
15ml egg whites (or Aquafaba)
1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
METHOD
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with dried orange wheels.
