This gin mocktail is said to have originated at the Twenty-One Club in New York, but a long version was served over ice on the south side of Chicago during Prohibition, which is where it derives its name. This non alcoholic cocktail is a refreshing balance of sweet and sour with sugar syrup and lime juice perfectly complementing one another. Add a mint leaf or two for a refreshing zing.
