A twist on the traditional Whiskey Sour, this Amaretto Sour mocktail is bright and refreshing. The impeccably balanced Sours Mix, handmade with fresh ingredients, enhances the flavour of Lyre’s Amaretti, an alcohol-free replica of a classic Italian Amaretto liqueur. Notes of citrus merge with marzipan, caramel and hints of maraschino, creating a beautifully balanced sweet and sour mocktail. Simply mix and garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel.

INGREDIENTS
75ml of Mr. Consistent Sours mix
45ml of Lyre's Amaretti
Ice
METHOD
  1. Pour 75ml of Mr. Consistent Sours mix in to shaker.
  2. Add 45ml of Lyers Amaretti.
  3. Add ice.
  4. Shake vigorously
  5. Strain into your favourite glass and serve. Enjoy your Mr. Consistent Non-Alcoholic Sours!
