Ingredients :
- 200 ml apple juice
- 60 ml Four Pillars Bandwagon Dry (non-alcoholic spiced gin)
- 3 juniper berries (lightly crushed)
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cardamom pods
- 2 whole cloves
- 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
- lemon slice
For Garnish:
- Cinnamon stick
- Star anise
- Apple slice
Instructions:
- Warm the apple juice in a small saucepan, gently heating it over low heat.
- Add all the spices— crushed juniper berries, bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, lemon slice, and honey. Simmer on low for 10 minutes, letting the flavours infuse, but make sure not to boil.
- Now, remove from the heat, add the non-alcoholic gin, and stir and mix it well.
- Finally, strain the mixture into heatproof mugs or glasses. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise or apple slice and serve.
