Mocktail Recipes

Gin and citrus are a much-loved combination, and this non-alcoholic gin mocktail cranks the zing up a notch. The sweet, zesty syrup and flavoured tonic build on the subtle orangey taste of the Margaret River made Ovant Grace, which is mellowed out by adding plenty of ice. Serve up in a red wine glass or round tumbler, add some citrus wheels, and enjoy. Best made fresh by the glass.

INGREDIENTS

60ml Ovant Grace
15ml Citrus Syrup
1 btl Strangelove Bitter Lemon Tonic
Citrus Wheels
Cubed Ice

METHOD

1. Build Ovant Grace, citrus syrup and Strangelove Bitter Lemon Tonic in an aromatic red wine glass filled with cubed ice and stir.
2. Garnish with citrus wheels.
