Ovant Strawberry Kisses

This pretty crimson-coloured gin mocktail is a real crowd-pleaser. Based on the traditional Strawberry Kiss, it’s the perfect sip for romantic picnics and spring catch- ups. The Verve gin base has a delicious herbaceous flavour, which complements the fruit, mint and basil, while the soda adds effervescence and reigns in the sweetness. Enjoy in a thin-lipped glass with a mint sprig garnish.
INGREDIENTS
60ml Ovant Verve
30ml Strawberry Shrub
15ml Mint and Basil Syrup
1 btl Strangelove Soda Water
Mint Sprig
Cubed Ice
METHOD
  1. Build Ovant Verve, strawberry shrub, mint and basil syrup and soda water in a highball glass filled with cubed ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with a mint sprig.
