Non-alcoholic gin fizz garnished with rosemary sprig and made with Ovant verve
Perfect for cold winter nights or summer afternoons when rosemary is rife in your garden, this non-alcoholic mocktail puts a herbal spin on the classic gin fizz blend.  The Ovant Verve brings aromas of lemon myrtle, white pepper and tulsi (holy) basil, while the salted syrup adds some additional woodsy flavours. Serve simply in a highball glass with ice and a sprig of rosemary.
60ml Ovant Verve
15ml Salted Rosemary Syrup
1 btl Mediterranean Tonic
Rosemary Sprig
Cubed Ice
  1. Build Ovant Verve, salted rosemary syrup and Mediterranean tonic in a highball glass filled with cubed ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
