A twist on the classic, this version of the Pina Colada features Fluere Spiced Cane, an alternative to spiced rum. The full-bodied, alcohol-free spirit boasts notes of dark roasted coffee, cocoa, liquorice, tonka beans and caramelised toffee. Combined with the tang of tropical pineapple and lime, and the smoothness of coconut cream and condensed milk, the result is a delicious mocktail that is perfect for a warm summer afternoon by the water. Shake and strain into a poco grande glass and garnish with fresh pineapple.
INGREDIENTS
45 ml Fluere Spiced Cane (Alt Rum)15 ml sweetened condensed milk
15 ml coconut cream
40 ml pineapple juice
25 ml lime juice
Cubed ice
METHOD
- Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with pineapple.
