A delicious citrus style non-alcoholic gin made with Seedlip Grove 42.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Seedlip Grove 42
15ml Lemongrass Cordial
10ml Raw Apple Vinegar
Cold Strangelove Soda Water to top
Lemongrass fan to garnish
Ice
METHOD
- Add Seedlip Grove 42, lemongrass cordial and raw apple vinegar into a glass filled with ice
- Top with soda
- Garnish with a lemongrass fan
NOTES
To make the lemongrass cordial, combine 3 chopped sticks of fresh lemongrass, 250ml of hot water and 250ml caster sugar. Leave to infuse for 2 hours then filter and refrigerate.
