INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon strawberry puree30ml Hellfire Inspirit
A squeeze of lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar of sweetener of choice (optional)
150ml lime sparkling water
METHOD
- Place strawberry puree, lime juice and sugar (if using) into a glass and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Fill the glass with ice, then add Inspirit and sparkling water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish and serve.
- To puree the strawberries: chop 3-4 large strawberries, then add 1 tablespoon of water and blitz until smooth using a stick blender or small food processor. This will make enough for 2-3 drinks.
