This stunning looking mocktail will be a focal and talking point at your event. Butterfly pea flowers not only look magnificent but are packed with skin loving antioxidants. They also change from indigo to a sky blue colour with you add any citrus based tonics or garnishes.  

INGREDIENTS

45ml Ms Sans Call Me Indigo Butterfly Pea Gin
StrangeLove Soda Water
1 Teaspoon of rose buds (or edible flowers)
1/4 fresh lime

METHOD

1. Pour the Ms Sans Call Me Indigo Butterfly Pea Gin into a cocktail glass
2. Top with StrangeLove soda water
3. Sprinkle rose buds Pea Flowers
4. Add a squeeze of lime to change the colour from indigo to blue!
