An original twist on the classic margarita mocktail, this gin mocktail uses cloudy apple juice to create a sweet base that is perfectly balanced with the pink salt on the edge of the glass. Clovendoe non alcoholic gin makes a worthy tequila substitute, with tones of organic lemongrass, mint and kaffir lime leaf. Garnish with an edible flower or lime wheel.
