A twist on the traditional Old Fashioned, this spiced-rum mocktail is a decadent delight. Complex notes of dark roasted coffee, cocoa, liquorice and toffee from the Fluère Amber are complemented with orange and bitter chocolate flavours to create this exquisite mocktail.For the best experience, garnish with shaved dark chocolate and some orange peel.
INGREDIENTS
60 ml Fluere Amber
10 ml orange syrup
4 dashes chocolate-bitters
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir for 10 seconds
- Pour into a rock glass over a large chunk of ice.
- Garnish with chocolate and orange peel.
