Refreshing and fun, this gin mocktail is just as enjoyable at home on the patio as it is at a summer music festival. It pairs Lyre’s Dry London Spirit, an alternative to gin that captures its essence with aromas of juniper and citrus, with Lyre’s Dry Apéritif, a non-alcoholic version of Dry Vermouth. Create the spritz with a dry, hard-hitting Indian tonic water and add in some thinly sliced cucumbers and strawberry pieces for a pop of colour. Garnish with a large sprig of mint and enjoy.

Strangelove Tonic No 8 Thin cucumber slice
4 strawberry pieces
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients over ice and stir.
