Delightfully bright in colour, this Festive Mimosa is a perfect Christmas mocktail. Rich blood orange flavours from Lyre’s Apéritif Rosso and vanilla syrup contribute a sweetness which is beautifully balanced with Lyre’s Dry London Spirit and premium non-alcoholic sparkling chardonnay. The addition of some orange juice for an extra burst of citrus and a garnish of orange slice, lemon wheel and mint sprig complete this delectable mimosa. Serve and enjoy with friends during the festive season (or anytime you feel like a little festive splash).
INGREDIENTS
30 ml Lyre’s Apéritif Rosso30 ml Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
45 ml orange juice
1tsp premium vanilla syrup (not vanilla essence)
60 ml Thomson & Scott Noughty
METHOD
- Add all ingredients in glass, stir, fill with fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange slice, lemon wheel and mint sprig.
